I've always loved baking and especially to express my creativity through decorations that will not leave anyone indifferent.
After studying "History of Art" at Pisa University and "multiple trips" around Europe, it seemed almost natural to apply this knowledge to the kitchen. This is how my adventure into the wonderful world of cake decorating started .
in 2013 - 2014 I attended the "Peggy Porschen Academy" to improve my technique and while I was there I fell in love with the flowers of sugar, and then I decided to specialize in this branch.
My wish is to create a visually attractive and delicious work of art that will make your event even more memorable!
